未成年人个人信息保护规则

1. 适用对象

• 本规则适用于中华人民共和国境内 14 周岁以下儿童的个人信息处理
• 对欧盟境内用户，年龄阈值按所在成员国法律确定，最低 16 周岁
• 对美国境内用户，COPPA 适用于 13 周岁以下儿童

2. 我们不主动收集儿童个人信息

本服务不针对儿童设计，不专门面向儿童推广。我们不有意收集相关年龄段儿童的个人信息。注册流程不要求填写年龄/出生日期，但通过下列方式承诺降低风险：

• 不进行用户层面的内容个性化排序
• 不进行行为定向广告（事实上本服务无任何广告）
• 不向未成年人发送营销推广信息

3. 监护人同意

如未成年人需要使用本服务，应当：

• 取得其父母或其他监护人的同意
• 由监护人协助创建账号或在监护人指导下使用
• 监护人应监督未成年人使用本服务，并对未成年人的使用行为及由此产生的费用、责任承担监护责任

4. 监护人权利

监护人可通过 privacy@bwv988.com 行使下列权利：

• 查阅、复制其未成年子女的个人信息
• 更正、补充错误信息
• 删除未成年子女的个人信息
• 撤回此前给予的同意
• 申请关闭未成年子女的账号

请发邮件时附上：（1）监护人有效身份证件复印件；（2）未成年人身份关系证明（户口本或出生证明复印件）；（3）请求的具体内容。我们将在 15 个工作日内处理。

5. 如发现误收集

如我们在不知情情况下收集了 14 周岁以下儿童（或在 COPPA/GDPR 适用区域低于相应年龄阈值的儿童）的个人信息，一旦发现或经监护人通知，我们将：

• 立即停止收集与处理
• 在 15 个工作日内删除相关信息
• 通知与之分享过的相关接收方一并删除
• 评估是否对监管部门报告

6. 特殊保护措施

• 对未成年人个人信息采取加密、访问审计、最小化原则更严格的安全措施
• 不将未成年人个人信息用于产品分析与改进
• 不基于未成年人个人信息进行画像

Children's Privacy Notice

1. Who this applies to

• This Notice covers children under 14 in mainland China
• Children under 13 in the United States (COPPA)
• In the EEA / UK, the digital-consent age varies by member state (16 default, but member states may set 13–16)

2. We do not knowingly collect from children

The Service is not directed at children and is not advertised to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals below the ages above. Sign-up does not require age/DOB, and we mitigate risk by:

• No user-level content personalization
• No behavioral advertising (the Service contains no ads at all)
• No marketing communications to minors

3. Parental/guardian consent

If a minor under the applicable age uses the Service, the parent or guardian must consent, assist in account creation, and supervise use. The parent or guardian is responsible for any charges incurred by the minor.

4. Parental/guardian rights

Parents/guardians may exercise the following rights by contacting privacy@bwv988.com:

• Access and copy the child's personal information
• Correct or complete inaccurate information
• Delete the child's personal information
• Withdraw any consent previously given
• Close the child's account

Please attach: (a) a copy of the parent/guardian's ID; (b) proof of guardianship (household registry or birth certificate); (c) the specific request. We respond within 15 business days.

5. If we discover inadvertent collection

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under the applicable age, we will: stop processing immediately; delete the information within 15 business days; instruct any recipients to delete it; and assess whether regulator notification is required.

6. Extra safeguards

• Stricter encryption, access auditing, and minimization for children's data
• Children's data is not used for product analytics or improvement
• No profiling based on children's data
